The College 1st Program partners with community organizations to host Summer Externship Programs for teachers.  These teachers participate as guest instructors, delivering academic-enrichment hands-on activities and mentorship experiences to students across different school districts. At the end of this experience, they develop a cohesive lesson plan, to implement in their classroom. This teacher externship experience allows participants to understand the College 1st pedagogy and methodology to prepare students for college and career success.
